In the first session we sit down and discuss your general history of health. Then you are taken through a functional assessment, looking at movement, flexibility, structural balance and muscle activation. With all the relevant information gathered a personalised training programme is put together that includes any specific goals/special considerations.
All clients need to complete this introductory session before commencing training and purchasing blocks of sessions

Minimal equipment needed
Done via zoom you can train from the comfort of your own home or on the go. Like in person PT we go through a physical assessment and series of questions in order to build a program suited to you. This can work well along side in gym PT as a way of checking in now and again, or if you can only commit once per week at the gym and then a second session over zoom.

We will explore the biomechanics of the handstand giving you a foundation to improve your practise with a selection of specific mobilisation and flexibility drills. You will be guided through the key techniques to help you develop a freestanding handstand with confidence. Suitable for beginners and intermediates.
